Catering Policy Pricing
Prices do not include, but are subject to a taxable service charge of 20% plus sales tax (10.75%) and are sub- ject to change until a signed contract is received.

Guaranteed Guest Count
Herbsaint requests a final guest count be given no later than 72 hours before your event. If no final count is given, Herbsaint will use the expected number of guests as the guar- antee. Herbsaint will charge according to the expected number of guests as previously stated.

Start and Completion Times
Herbsaint will change the time of an event with 72 hours notice, if possible. If it is not possible to move the start time, the event will end at its contracted time regardless of the actual start time.

Payment
The guest must provide a credit card number to secure an event. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the event. Cash and credit card are accepted. Checks are not accepted. Only four credit cards may be used per party. Herbsaint cannot provide separate checks; the entire balance of the party will be on one check.

Cancelation Policy
If the guest chooses to cancel an event after a signed contract has been submitted, the credit card on file will be charged on the following schedule:
Less than 72 hours notice: 100% Food and Beverage Minimum
Less than 15 days notice: 50% Food and Beverage Minimum 15 Days or more notice:- No penalty
